Warranty
If a customer receives a fine as a result of our
equipment and/or operators, that was not caused by customers personnel,
electrical power, telephone service, or an act of God, we will
represent the customer in an effort to have the fine waived or will pay the
fine.
Service Guarantee
If your system requires emergency service, we
guarantee the arrival of a service technician, on-site, within two hours
from the time of an emergency service request. If we do not respond within
this time frame, we will pay the customer $50.00 for their inconvenience.
If we are unable to repair the system, we will arrange and pay for
on-site protection of your facility until the system is repaired, unless
the problem was caused by customer abuse, a lack of electricity or
telephone service, fire, flood, or act of God beyond Sonitrol's reasonable
control.
Satisfaction
Guarantee
We guarantee the system will perform as represented.
If at any time during the initial six months of service, the customer is
not satisfied with the system or Sonitrol's performance, and we
do not resolve such concerns, the customer may request a refund of the
installation fee and Sonitrol will remove its equipment, insuring the
customer a risk free investment.
